(Spencer)– A Gillett Grove man faces drug charges after he was observed acting suspiciously while fishing this past Saturday.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy saw a man who was fishing place a homemade marijuana pipe into a five gallon bucket.
Upon further investigation, the deputy discovered the suspect, 49-year-old Eddie Wilson, was in possession of a small baggie of marijuana.
Wilson was arrested and booked into the Clay county jail on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…a serious misdemeanor.
Wilson was being held on a $1,000 bond.
He was also wanted on a Sac county warrant for a probation violation.
