(Emmetsburg)– An investigation into a disturbance at a residence in Cylinder over the weekend resulted in an arrest.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the residence around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
Upon investigating, Felicia Norman was arrested on charges of public intoxication and 3rd offense domestic abuse…a class “D” felony.
Norman was booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
