(Graettinger)– An investigation into a noise complaint at a Graettinger park has resulted in alcohol-related charges against three people.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest 24-year-old William Bingen of Emmetsburg on a charge of supplying alcohol to a minor…a serious misdemeanor. He was booked into jail pending an initial court appearance.
Authorities also arrested 19-year-old Heather Twaiten of Emmetsburg and 18-year-old Amber Swalve of Cylinder. They were charged with possession of alcohol…a simple misdemeanor. Both Swalve and Twaiten were issued citations and were released to appear in court at a later date.
