(Spencer)– A Spencer man faces several charges stemming from a weekend traffic stop.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Charles Robinson of Spencer around 8:20 a.m. Saturday in the 2500 mile of Highway 18.
Authorities say a subsequent pat down of Robinson resulted in them discovering a small baggie of what’s alleged to be marijuana. An open container of alcohol and a marijuana pipe were also found in the vehicle.
Robinson was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance–marijuana–second offense…an aggravated misdemeanor; driving under suspension, open container, no proof of insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia…simple misdemeanors.
