(Rushmore, Mn.)– One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday evening on Interstate 90 east of Rushmore in Nobles county.
THe Minnesota State Patrol says 56-year-old Daryl Yeske of Worthington was driving a 1996 peterbilt semi tractor westbound when he collided with the rear of a 1998 Dodge Caravan driven by 80-year-old Warren Rohwer of Rushmore. Rohwer was taken to Sanford Hospital in Worthington where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
Moderate damage was reported to the semi tractor driven by Yeske with severe damage to the Dodge Caravan Rohwer was driving.
The Minnesota Sate Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision took place shortly after 8:00 p.m.
