A passenger, 14-year-old Becca Witzke of Ringsted, was ejected out of the passenger-side window. She was taken by ambulance to Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville. Brady Witzke was treated on the scene for minor injuries.

Damage estimates to the vehicles weren’t available.

The crash took place shortly after 7:30 a.m.

The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by a county road grader operator, the Estherville ambulance and the Estherville Fire Department.
