(Primghar)– A citizen’s complaint of people in the Primghar city park smoking pot Saturday resulted in one arrest.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the scene around 1:00 p.m. Upon investigating they arrested 18-year-old Arturo Casillas of Primghar. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was booked into the O’Brien county jail.
