LIHEAP Funding Concern

(Undated)– November 1st the state’s moratorium on utility disconnects began. It’s also the date families who qualify for energy assistance could sign up. Last winter, more than 95,000 households received held with those bills through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. McKim expects that many, or more, to apply this winter.
