(Bingham Lake, Mn.)– A two-vehicle collision Monday on Highway 60 at Bingham Lake resulted in minor injuries.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 20-year-old Austin Crowell of Windom was traveling southeast on a county road and had stopped at a stop sign at the intersection with Highway 60. Authorities say Crowell then pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Diane Low of Bingham Lake who was traveling southwest on Highway 60.
No injuries were reported to Crowell; Low and a passenger in her vehicle, 17-year-old Johanna Low of Bingham Lake, were taken to the Windom Hospital with minor injuries.
Severe damage was reported to a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Crowell; a 1989 Jeep Grand Cherokee Low was driving was totaled.
The collision took place shortly before 8:00 a.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office.
