(Windom, Mn.)– A two-vehicle collision Monday on Highway 71 just south of Windom sent one person to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says vehicles driven by 18-year-old Nolan McGowan of Windom and 43-year-old Dawn Fredin of Windom collided at the intersection of Highway 71 and Jackson County Road 30.
Fredin was transported to the Windom Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries and released. No injuries were reported to McGowan.
A 1998 Ford Ranger driven by McGowan was totaled; severe damage was reported to a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by Fredin.
The crash took place around 12 Noon.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
