(Milford)– Look for a continued expansion of the Dickinson County Recreational Trail System in 2012. That word from Mary Jensen, Executive Director of the Dickinson County Trails Board, who gave an update at Monday’s Milford city council meeting. Among the projects for the upcoming year, she says, is the extension of the trail between Henderson Woods and Highway 71 in Arnolds Park….Click here to hear mp3 file
Jensen added the Trails Board will continue in 2012 with its acquisition of the now abandoned Iowa Northwestern Railroad between Superior and Sibley, and that several maintenance projects are also on the schedule.
