(Des Moines)– Governor Branstad and Lt. Governor Reynolds will hold six educational townhall meetings, three of which will be held in our area.
Sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, December 13th at 10:00 a.m. at the Algona High School Auditorium; 12:30 p.m. that afternoon at the auditorium at Roosevelt Elementary in Estherville; and at 2:00 p.m. that same day at the Emmetsburg High School Auditorium.
A press release from the Governor’s office says even though the participants for the roundtable discussions have already been selected, that the public is welcome to attend.
The Governor’s office says the session are in addition to 29 townhall meetings that have been held since the Education Blueprint unveiling on October 3rd of this year.
