(Estherville)– Roger Guge is the winner of Tuesday’s run-off election for the ward five seat on the Estherville city council.
Unofficial results from the Emmet County Auditor’s office show Guge received 30 votes, defeating Bruce Knutson who had eight votes and Fred Dykhuizen with five.
Only 4.69 percent of those eligible turned out to vote in Tuesday’s run off election.
