(Superior)– No injuries were reported and damage was said be very minimal in a barn fire today (Thursday) northwest of Superior.
Kevin Swav of the Superior Department tells KUOO news firefighters were called to 2931 120th Street shortly before 1:00 p.m. Swav says the Spirit Lake Fire Department was also called out for mutual aid assistance.
Swav says most of the fire was out when firefighters arrived. He says they stood by on the scene about an hour checking over the structure and putting out any hot spots.
Swav says the cause is under investigation.
