(Worthington, Mn.)– A Heron Lake man sustained minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash Saturday on Interstate 90 at Worthington.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 25-year-old Joseph Edwards of Heron Lake was driving a 2002 Ford pickup westbound when he lost control on the icy road. The vehicle skidded into the north ditch where it rolled onto its left side.
Edwards was taken to Sanford Hospital in Worthington where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
Moderate damage was reported to the pickup.
The crash took place shortly after 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office and the Worthington Police Department.
