(Spencer)– A convicted sex offender from Spencer has been arrested for failing to comply with the state’s sex offender registry.
31-year-old Allen Mills was arrested Friday night in Spencer on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender, knowingly providing false information.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the arrest stems from an incident on February 21st of this year in which Mills didn’t notify them of his employment status.
