Full funding for the Lake Restoration Fund is 8.6 million dollars. It was reduced last year to slightly more than 5.4 million. Wills says a proposal in the Legislature would reduce that even further this year to 4.4 million dollars…Click here for comment from John Wills
Wills says an engineering study and assessment of Center Lake, a joint project between Spirit Lake and the Center Lake Association, would also be in jeopardy if the funding is cut further.
