Storm Lake –
Storm Lake Police apprehended a 26 year old male of Storm Lake Thursday in the north parking lot of the police station after he slashed an additional five tires on police vehicles.
Police had reported the slashing of other tires in the same vicinity on Wednesday.
Police report that the 26 yearold male has an intellectual disability. No criminal charges were filed and the police department worked with the man’s family to help him get access to resources to assist him.
