(Spencer)– A warrant check earlier this week resulted in the arrest of a Spencer man on drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy conducted the check Monday at 412 East 14th Street in Spencer. A search of the residence turned up drug paraphernalia and numerous baggies containing small amounts of what’s alleged to be a controlled substance.
That same day deputies arrested Knapp during a domestic incident in Spencer.
He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana.
Knapp was also charged with driving while suspended. Authorities say a deputy observed Knapp driving on an earlier date.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Spencer Police Department.
