Upon arriving authorities arrested 18-year-old Elisha Howe who was found sitting in a vehicle in possession of what’s alleged to be marijuana, drug paraphernalia and alcohol. Howe was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia and underage alcohol possession. He was being held on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.

19-year-old Jonathon Guider of Spencer was arrested on a charge of underage alcohol possession and was booked into jail on $470 cash or surety bond.
