(Spencer)– Construction of a 200,00 square foot regional distribution center for Pioneer, Hybrid, International is underway in Spencer’s Green Industrial Center. It’s the second building to be located in the center.
Pioneer Hybrid will ship corn and soybean seed products from the facility, which is scheduled for completion and occupancy in October.
A groundbreaking was held Thursday.
Pioneer is involved in other expansion projects in Iowa, including a new corn research facility in Orange City.
