(Sioux City)– A Spencer man has been sentenced to 65 months in federal prison on a child porn charge.
28-year-old Justin Funck was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty in November of last year to one count of receiving child pornography.
At the plea hearing, Funck admitted to downloading child porn from the internet between April 2009 and May 2009.
In addition to the prison term, Funck must also serve a 5-year term of supervised release following prison and must comply with all sex offender registration and public notification requirements.
