(Arnolds Park)– The Okoboji Lakes Bible and Missionary Conference got underway this past weekend on the conference grounds in Arnolds Park and continues through this coming Sunday, August 12th. Van Kley says if the opening weekend of the conference this past weekend was any indicator, they could be in for a record-setting year for attendance. She says more than 1,400 people attended the opening concert this past weekend. Van Kley says the conference prides itself on offering events for people of all ages. She emphasizes that it’s completely non-denominational.
