(West Bend)– Authorities in Palo Alto county have filed charges against a woman accused of stealing prescription drugs from an assisted living facility.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into the theft of prescription drugs from the assisted living area of the West Bend Care Center resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old Tammie Illg of Whittemore. Illg was charged with 3rd degree burglary…a class “D” felony; possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
Illg was booked into the Palo Alto countyjail and was released pending a future court appearance.
