(Hartley)– Authorities in O’ Brien county are investigating a couple of reports of incidents in which tools were stolen in the Hartley area.
Authorities say they received the first report around 7:30 p.m. last Thursday of tools missing from a residence at 6626 360th Street near Hartley. The tools were valued at nearly $300. An unknown amount of gas was also reported stolen from that location.
The other report was received around 4:00 p.m. Sunday in which some tools were stolen from a location near 3465 380th Street near Hartley. Authorities say it’s believed that incident took place sometime between 6:00 p.m. August 8th and 4:20 p.m. last Friday, August 10th. Entry was gained through a walk-in door. The value of the missing tools wasn’t immediately known.
