(Emmetsburg)—An expansion is in the works for an area school.
The Emmetsburg school board has passed a resolution to proceed with an expansion project at the Elementary school. Superintendent John Joynt says a large class size and a need for more classrooms has resulted in the need for the expansion, which will include some other amenities as well…(click here for comment.)
The project has an estimated cost of $2.8 million dollars but Joynt says it won’t have an impact on the district’s property tax payers…(click here for comment.)
Joynt didn’t mention a timeline for the project.
