(Des Moines)—House Speaker Kraig Paulsen announced today (Wed.) he’s appointed State Representative Jeff Smith of Okoboji to the House Administration and Rules, Administrative Rules Review, Commerce, Environmental Protection and Natural Resources committees.
Smith will also serve as Chairman of the Ethics Committee and was recently re-elected by his peers as a House Assistant Majority Leader.
Smith will be serving his second term in the Iowa House.
