(Emmetsburg)– A man faces drug charges after a Palo Alto county sheriff’s deputy made contact with him in a parking lot near Five Island Lake.
A subsequent search of a vehicle the suspect was in turned up what’s alleged to be a schedule three controlled substance for which the suspect unable to provide a valid prescription for.
The suspect, 32-year-old Brandy Robbins, was arrested and booked into the Palo Alto county jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
