Three Face Charges In Grocery Store Burglary

(Little Rock)—Three suspects face charges in connection with a burglary last Thursday at a grocery store in Little Rock.

Deputies from Lyon and Osceola counties were called shortly after 4:30 a.m. last Thursday to the Little Rock Community Foods Store. Their investigation into the incident resulted in the arrests of three people.

18-year-old Thomas Schuck of Little Rock was charged with burglary in the 3rd degree/joint criminal conduct and criminal mischief in the 2nd degree/joint criminal conduct. Both are class “D” felonies. Bond was set at $10,000.

18-year-old EJ Medina of Hawarded was charged with burglar in the 3rd degree/joint criminal conduct and criminal mischief in the 2nd degree/joint criminal conduct…both class “D” felonies. Bond was set at $5,000.

And 21-year-old Lois Napple of Hawarden was charged with burglary in the 3rd degree/joint criminal conduct; criminal mischief in the 2nd degree/joint criminal conduct…both class “D” felonies; and false report to a public safety employee…a serious misdemeanor. She was booked into jail on a $5,000 bond.
