(Emmetsburg)—Emmetsburg police are asking for the public’s assistance into the investigation of a burglary that occurred during the overnight hours of December 22nd at Flannegan Western in Emmetsburg. Police say entry was forced to the building and that two grinders with a total value of $210 were removed. Authorities say the perpetrator sustained a severe cut or laceration to the hand, wrist or arm area in the process.
The public is being advised to keep an eye out for anyone with such an injury.
