Estherville Police Make Arrests In Connection With Business Burglaries

(Estherville)—Two juveniles face charges in connection with burglaries that occurred October 13th and November 12th, 2012 at a building in downtown Estherville that houses several businesses.

Estherville police say the building at 9 North 5th Street is occupied by Sun and Surf, I-Wireless, Campus Cleaners and the Hair Essentials.

Authorities say that during the burglaries, the building was damaged, 24 cell phones were stolen and an undetermined amount of money was taken.

Police say their investigation into the incidents resulted in the arrests of two Estherville juveniles, ages 13 and 16th. Both were charged with burglary in the 3rd degree…a class “D” felony. They were cited into juvenile court and released to their parents. The names of the juveniles weren’t released.
