(Council Bluffs)—An Arnolds Park man has been sentenced to no more than 5 years in prison on drug charges as part of a plea agreement in Pottawattamie county.
47-year-old Brent Wyman was sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of cocaine. Three other charges were dismissed as part of the plea bargain.
Court documents allege Wyman was pulled over in a traffic stop on Interstate 29 north of Council Bluffs in February of last year and that a deputy seized what was alleged to be marijuana and cocaine.
