(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake city council Tuesday voted 4-1 to approve the first reading of a proposal to rezone property at 1412 Hill Avenue from Multi-Family Residential to General Commercial.
Margie Lynch told the council she plans to convert this vacant house (see above photo) into a retail flower shop.
Councilman Steve Balm cast the lone no vote, expressing concern over spot zoning and parking issues.
