(Spencer)—A Dickens man faces a harassment charge in connection with some alleged incidents involving a 22-year-old female.
The victim advised authorities that she had been receiving unwanted texts and communication via Facebook from the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Heath Gray of Dickens.
Upon investigating, a Clay county sheriff’s deputy arrested Gray Tuesday. He was booked into jail on a charge of harassment in the 3rd degree.
