(Spencer)– Spencer police say an underage party they busted early this past Saturday resulted in numerous citations being issued.
Officers say they were called shortly after 1:00 a.m. to the 10 block of 4th Street Southwest. 14 underage individuals, including two 17-year-old female juveniles from Milford and one from Spencer, were cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
Authorities also charged 20-year-old Steven Summers of Spencer with possession of alcohol under the legal age and social host.
