(Heron Lake, Mn.)—A single-vehicle crash last (Tues.) evening on Highway 60 near Heron Lake sent one person to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 22-year-old Marissa Granstra of Adrian was driving a 2005 GMC Envoy eastbound when she hit a patch of ice causing her to lose control. The vehicle skidded off the road and went into the ditch.
Granstra was taken to the Windom Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
A damage estimate to the vehicle wasn’t available.
The mishap took place shortly after 6:00 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
