(Rock Rapids)—A Sutherland man wanted on warrants out of Lyon county has been taken into custody.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says 37-year-old Aaron Herrman was arrested by authorities in O’Brien county on warrants of failure to appear on an original charge of a sex offender registry violation…an aggravated misdemeanor; threat of terrorism…a class “D” felony; domestic abuse assault…a simple misdemeanor; violation of a no contact order…a simple misdemeanor; and theft in the 5th degree…a simple misdemeanor.
Herrman was arrested by the Paulina Police Department and was transport to the O’Brien county jail. He was then transferred to the Lyon county jail where he’s being held on a $2,000 bond.
