(Spencer)—VenuWorks and the Clay County Fair Board have agreed to terms of a deal under which VenuWorks will manage the Clay County Regional Events Center another five years.
Scott Hallgren will continue as General Manager of the facility, a position he’s held since the Regional Events Center opened in 2003.
The venue hosted 340 events in 2012 and had 440 event and use dates and is making plans for its 10th anniversary celebration this coming November.
The Clay County Regional Events Center is owned by the Clay County Fair Association, Incorporated, the nonprofit organization that manages the Clay County Fair.
