(Orange City)—A Spencer man has been arrested in connection with a sexual abuse investigation in Sioux county.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old James Blair of Spencer was arrested around 6:00 p.m. Friday. Authorities say it stems from an investigation into a sex abuse complaint that was received by the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office on April 16th of this year.
A subsequent investigation resulted in a charge of 3rd degree sex abuse being filed against Blair in connection with the alleged incident involving a 15-year-old girl.
