(Spencer)—A disturbance yesterday (Tues.) at Spencer Livestock landed a Windom, Minnesota man in jail.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called around Noon yesterday (Tues.) to a report of a possible assault at that location. Upon investigating deputies determined that 61-year-old Russell Maras of Windom, Minnesota had entered the business and was told to leave. Authorities say he refused to leave and instead started to act violently.
Maras was arrested and booked into the Clay county jail on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct…both simple misdemeanors. He was being held pending an initial court appearance.
