School Merger Approved Overwhelmingly

November 22, 2014

(Armstrong)—Voters in two northwest Iowa school districts have overwhelmingly approved a merger proposal.

It means the Armstrong-Ringsted and Sentral districts will now become one.

The measure was approved by 87 percent of those who voted yesterday (Tuesday) in the Armstrong-Ringsted district; and by more than 80 percent in each of the two precincts in the Sentral school district.
