(Sioux City)– Two finalists have been selected for the 3A District Associate Judge vacancy that’s upcoming. The 3A Judicial Nominating Commission Friday (June 20th) selected Jennifer Bennett Finn and Alesha Sigmeth Roberts as nominees for vacancy with the upcoming retirement of the Honorable Ann Gales. A total of five applicants were in the running.
Judicial District 3A includes Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Kossuth, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola and Palo Alto counties.
Governor Kim Reynolds has 30 days to appoint one of the nominees.
