(Terril)– Two area fire departments spent a portion of their Monday afternoon battling a hay bale fire.
The Terril Fire Department was called to the area of 2832 270th Street southwest of Terril a little before 12:30 PM. The Milford Fire Department was also called for additional water and manpower. The Fostoria Fire Department was also called for assistance but was cancelled a short time later.
No injuries were reported. There was no immediate word as to how the bales caught on fire.
