State Patrol Issues Winter Driving Reminders

(Spirit Lake)– Now that we’ve had our first ice and snow of the season and with more on the way next week, officials are reminding motorists to start exercising their winter driving skills.

Kurtz says the number of crashes associated with the first snowfall of the season last Saturday were fairly typical of past years, but he says there’s always room to improve on that number.
