(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake company announced today (Friday) it’s changing its name effective immediately. Brown Medical Industries is now known as Brownmed.
The company also released a new logo today (Friday).
Brownmed President and CEO Ivan Brown says the new name and logo will allow the company to be a stronger player in the healthcare distribution and retail markets it serves.
Brownmed manufactures and markets an extensive line of unique healthcare products in the U.S. and overseas.
The company, based in Spirit Lake, also has offices in Kansas City, Missouri and Dusseldorf, Germany.
Brownmed has been in business more than 46 years.
