(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man has been arrested on a warrant charging him with assault with intent to commit sexual abuse.
Spirit Lake police Friday arrested 50-year-old Paul Rekward of Spirit Lake on the charge, which is an aggravated misdemeanor.
Authorities say it stems from an investigation into an alleged incident on January 14th of this year involving a 15-year-old girl.
Spirit Lake police were assisted by the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office.
