(Undated)– Severe weather remains a distinct possibility for a good deal of the region late this (Mon.) afternoon and evening.
The National Weather Service says an enhanced risk for severe weather, which ranks 4 on a scale of 1 to 5, is in place for areas east of Highway 71 with an enhanced risk in place for areas west of that.
The dangers include the possibility for intense, long-track tornadoes, very large hail and damaging wind in excess of 70 mph.
