(Updated) — The state of Minnesota is participating in Severe Weather Awareness Week. On Thursday, a state tornado drill will be run two times. The drills will take place at 1:45 p.m. and at 6:45 p.m. During those times, schools and residents can take their time to practice their plans. During those times, as long as there is no severe weather, tornado alarms will go off.
