(Fostoria)– A ribbon cutting will be held next week for the section of trail in Clay county that will connect with the Iowa Great Lakes trail once the segment in Dickinson county is complete. The event is scheduled for 5:45 pm Monday, June 9th on 310th Street in Clay county, just west of Highway 71 north of Fostoria.
