(Estherville)– Members of the Reggie Shive Jazz Camp staff were recognized recently for their outstanding contributions to the Music Department at Iowa Lakes Community College. The 11 individuals were honored for their countless hours of mentoring and teaching middle and high school students at the Jazz Camp held each year.
The recognition took place during a special ceremony June 11th that was held in conjunction with the Big Band Concert which is held each year during the Reggie Shive Jazz Camp.

Dan Cassady (Trombone, Fort Dodge) – Camp since 1985
Cindy Mouw (Staff, Spirit Lake) – Camp since 1996 – Alumni
C.J. Kocher (Alto Sax, South Dakota) – Camp since 2001
Doug Stueven (Staff, Spirit Lake) – Camp since 2003
Laura Garred (Staff, Whiting) – Camp since 2007
Michael Wilbur (Trombone, South Dakota) – Camp since 2007 – Alumni
Emily Mikos (Staff, Fort Dodge) – Camp since 2011
Michael Gurciullo (Trumpet, New Mexico) – Camp since 2016
Lincoln Larsen (Trumpet, New Mexico) – Camp since 2016 – Alumni
Logan Musel (Percussion, Texas) – Camp since 2016 – Alumni
